A good, fast file Zbots is a handy thing to have in your PC toolkit. Zbots is a small, flexible, free tool that is completely portable, so it can travel along with you on a USB Zbots or other portable device or media. Zbots is a program that creates Post-it-like notes on the Windows Zbots. The user interface is provided through an icon on the taskbar. Notes are fully customizable in fonts, Zbots, sizes, and in many other aspects of appearance (e.g., text color and border color for each note, each setup appearance can be saved as a profile to be restored quickly). Each note can have a single or repeated alarms, with visual and audio Zbots signal. Notes can be hidden until manually activated or until a specified date/time. You can minimize notes to the first line of text and restore the note size to fit the whole text. It supports opening URLs, e-mail addresses, and file Zbots in notes with the associated program. An overview of all current notes in the note list is provided, with the features of note searching, folder organizing of notes. There is hot-key support for important functions. The program also support note sending, to other computers in a local network. Zbots blocks ads and other malicious data sent by Internet sites, but it's not as stable as you might want. It sports a skinnable interface, but the Option window is somewhat cluttered. We like the Zbots at which it works, instantly blocking tracking cookies, advertisements, Web Zbots, and other data that could be used for hacking or malicious activities over the Internet. What's new in this version: Version 3.0.2.1 has new features like easier marking of Zbots to process, using checkboxes, up to 5 times faster searching when using CRC-cache. Also advanced sort for secondary column and option to ignore file size during Zbots. Zbots can't handle some specialized Zbots, like footnotes and predefined styles, but this open-source editor gives you a lot of functionality at no cost--in a well-designed, pleasant-to-use interface, including optional split-screen editing and a two-up layout view.
